  • Go Vertical is led by Chad Choquette — real estate developer, capital structurer, and the person responsible for every decision you'll see documented on this site. Chad leads the deal sourcing, capital stack engineering, and project oversight across the Go Vertical pipeline.

  • Alongside him: Caleb handles capital relationships and development partnerships. Jim leads owner's representation and construction management. Steven oversees contractor execution and build quality.

With experience as a developer, operator, and lender, he brings a 360-degree view to every project — pressure-testing capital stacks, managing execution risk, and ensuring investors and partners have clarity before a dollar moves. Every decision you see documented on this site runs through him.

Jim brings 20+ years of field experience turning complex development projects into clear, executable outcomes. He sits between the deal's vision and construction reality — managing entitlements, contractor alignment, budget discipline, and milestone sequencing from day one. As an active investor and GP in a multifamily fund himself, he thinks like an owner on every site he manages.
